When booking your exam with platforms like Microsoft, AWS, or any other of your preference, make certain that the exam is scheduled for online delivery rather than in-person at an exam center.

Following your successful exam booking, it is essential to prepare your device for our remote access.

You will be assigned both a check-in time and an exam start time. For example, if your check-in time is at 10:00, and the exam begins at 10:30, kindly adhere to the subsequent steps: Install the UltraViewer software 30 minutes before your check-in time and provide us with the associated ID and password.

A member of our proficient team will access your device, install our customized exam tool on your behalf, and subsequently remove UltraViewer. They will assist you with the check-in process and provide guidance on pre-exam requirements.

As the examination begins, it is essential that you remain at your designated workspace, diligently portraying an active and focused demeanor throughout the duration of the exam. While we will provide responses to all examination questions on your behalf, it is important to note that, on occasion, we may intentionally offer a limited number of minor incorrect responses to preserve the authenticity of the examination environment.
